The Position
We’re looking to hire a Principal Agentic Engineer to join our team. This role is perfect for a highly technical engineer who thrives on the hardcore side of development while maintaining a consultative mindset. You will be a key pillar in our three-part strategy: People, Process, and Tools. You’ll help our clients by educating their teams on agentic tools and helping implement the technical backbone of AI-driven development.
What We’re Looking For
- 8‑10+ years of professional software development experience with a deep understanding of full‑stack architectures (e.g., Java, Python, C#, React, Node, React Native, etc.).
- Advanced English is required.
- Successful completion of a four‑year college degree is required.
- Experience acting as a Lead or Architect on delivery projects, with a focus on developer experience and productivity.
