Responsibilities
- Design and develop agentic AI systems for IT Operations and IT Service Management.
- Shape and implement agent‑based AI architecture, including LLM selection, reasoning, planning, prompting, state, memory, tool orchestration, identity, access, security, observability, evaluation, and autonomy.
- Define reference agents, design patterns, and best practices.
- Translate business processes into agent requirements, patterns, and flows.
- Implement complex AI agents in Python integrated with enterprise systems, APIs, and data platforms.
