Principal Consultant

ClearPoint is hiring a permanent Principal Consultant to lead advisory engagements across New Zealand and Australia.

The role

As Principal Consultant, you will bridge technical depth and strategic narrative, driving clients to navigate complex digital shifts, developing target‑state architectures, and delivering high‑impact solutions on modern platforms and SaaS ecosystems.

What you'll be doing

• Lead business and product discovery and synthesise findings into actionable roadmap narratives.
• Develop conceptual target‑state architectures and recommend buy‑build‑refactor‑retain strategies.
• Co‑own deliverables with project stakeholders, distinguishing advisory work from commercial, change‑management and client‑side activities.
• Manage engagement quality across scope, risk and delivery.
• Provide strategic and technical advisory aligned with client investment goals and board governance.
