Principal Electrical Engineer

Vantage is looking for a Principal Electrical Engineer to be part of our Mission Critical engineering team, positioned at the forefront of an exciting growth market. In this role, you will act as the client-side electrical technical authority for VDC design projects, driving electrical design direction, providing technical leadership, developing specifications, managing design consultants, supporting contractor interfaces, and leading the transition from design to installation and eventually to operations. Collaboration with various teams is expected as you navigate complex engineering challenges, ensuring project standards are met and enhanced.

Your role will include providing electrical engineering support for early-stage feasibility, test-fit, and concept design before external consultants are engaged, while helping to shape future VDC design solutions in response to new customer requirements, delivery strategies, and emerging technologies. ...
