Drive employee relations excellence as a Principal Employee Relations Business Partner with Intuit in Toronto. Support a high-performance culture while leading complex employee matters in a hybrid role.
Set within Intuit’s People & Places team, this role focuses on supporting employee relations across multiple countries. With at least 10 years of experience in HR or related fields, you will tackle significant employee challenges and influence senior leadership. You will utilize data and insights while innovating ER strategies to enhance organizational health and culture.
