Requirements
10+ years of software engineering experience, with a demonstrated track record of principal-level technical scope and organizational impact Deep expertise in designing and operating distributed systems at scale including strong command of reliability, availability, and performance trade-offs Proven experience building developer-facing APIs and internal platform services, with a genuine appreciation for developer experience and platform ergonomics Prior experience as part of an internal platform or infrastructure team — understands the unique dynamics of building for internal developer customers, including adoption, versioning, and migration Hands‑on experience with identity, authentication and authorization systems – IAM, OAuth, KYC pipelines, or similar verification and access control domains Ability to lead through influence across multiple teams without direct authority, driving alignment on complex, cross‑functional technical decisions What the job involves
