About The Role
We are looking for a hands‑on Affiliate/Growth Principal Product Manager to own and scale our Affiliate and KOL marketing channels, with a primary focus on the US and EEA markets. Your mission is to drive measurable user acquisition and transaction volume through your established network and data‑driven optimization. If you have a proven track record of delivering GMV growth at a leading crypto exchange, we want you.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the overall affiliate growth strategy for the US, EEA and other regulated markets, aligned with company‑level acquisition, activation, and ROI goals.
Define affiliate growth as a product capability, including segmentation, commercial models and funnel design.
Translate growth strategy into a clear product roadmap, experimentation plan, and success metrics.
