Order & Backlog Management: Managing the customer demand and provide delivery schedule to customers. Track on demand waterfall and monitor on Customer pull plan and ensure on time delivery (OTD). Co-ordinate Return Material Authorizations (RMAs), repairs, and replacements with customers. Attend Conference calls / meeting with Customer to understand requirement and resolve issues

Commercial Support: Assisting the Program Manager in achieving financial goals for sales and cash flow. This includes trackingAccounts Receivable (AR)issues and resolving payment delays. Work on price changes or new product pricing to submit to customer. Effective new pricing per agreed timeline and timely update into Oracle.
