Principal Project Engineer

Engineering is responsible for performing research and analyses to develop design options for components, products, systems and processes.
Define, validate, and document manufacturing processes with optimal use of resources, ensuring the level of quality, productivity and minimizing waste (scrap), continually improving the capacity of processes to meet specifications.
Give direct support to production, by identifying cost reduction, generating ideas, solving and coordinating work teams, risk analysis, solution coordination, definition of processes, project planning, mentoring techniques and focused on providing sustainable technical solutions.
Program/Project Management is responsible for managing the execution of programs and/or projects consisting of single or multiple projects and/or programs.
