In the Customer Success department, you will focus on fostering long-term relationships and measurable outcomes for mining customers. This role requires strong knowledge in underground operations and technology applications, working closely with various teams to define effective technological solutions. Mentorship of the Customer Success team and documentation of success stories will also play a key role.
