- Lead the delivery of system safety, assurance, and RAM activities across complex transport programs by developing safety cases, hazard logs, and reliability, availability, and maintainability analyses to support safe and compliant system outcomes.
- Establish and manage system safety assurance frameworks by defining safety V&V requirements, coordinating independent safety assurance and assessment activities, and ensuring robust hazard management, risk control, and compliance with applicable safety standards and regulatory obligations.
- Undertake hazard identification, risk assessment, and mitigation through structured processes (e.g. HAZID, HAZOP, FMECA, fault tree analysis), ensuring risks are effectively controlled and communicated to stakeholders.
