Team Overview

This role sits within Customer Zero Enablement, supporting TransUnion’s OneTru platform, and reports to the Senior Director, Technical Product Management. The team plays a critical role in advancing TransUnion’s cloud‑native data, identity, and analytics platform that powers solutions across credit risk, fraud, and marketing.

This role represents the Global Delivery and Data Acquisition user groups and is responsible for shaping how these teams adopt and leverage the OneTru platform. The role partners closely with Engineering, Architecture, UX, Platform Product, and Operations to ensure scalable, intuitive, and effective internal adoption, helping to inform platform evolution and readiness for broader go‑to‑market use. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
