NextGen Automation is seeking a skilled, customer-focused Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair office equipment—printers, multifunction devices, scanners, and related software and connectivity solutions.

The successful candidate represents NextGen Automation professionally while delivering high-quality service and support to customers, fellow technicians, sales, Customer Care, Dispatch, and management.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
