BCI manages a diversified portfolio of gross assets valued at $295billion. We are seeking a highly motivated private equity analytics co‑op student for the Fall2026 (September‑December) work term.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Private Equity Analytics team in driving investment decision‑making by providing timely analysis and reporting.
• Analyze sources of return within the portfolio, identify key drivers and opportunities for return enhancement and risk mitigation.
• Monitor portfolio and fund performance against relevant benchmarks, highlight out‑ or under‑performance, and recommend actions.
• Develop and improve portfolio‑monitoring processes, leveraging technology, AI, and best practices.
• Test existing AI tools on emerging business cases and identify opportunities to utilize the data stack.
