Role Summary

  • 10+ years working as part of a large-scale PAM implementation
  • Act as an SME and partner with internal customers throughout their onboarding into the PAM initiative.
  • Implement changes successfully and aware of the change management processes
  • Act as part of the scrum team day-to-day to develop new features and integrations
  • Participate in solution design for new features & integrations to identify high quality solutions.
  • A mentality of continuously developing ways of working within the team to ensure continuous improvement of system engineering practices – for example, test automation and refactoring.
  • Help to feedback & prioritise tech debt & refactoring work to Product Management
  • Identify and encourage automation of repetitive tasks carried out by the team
  • Identify & advise on product upgrades with Product Management; manage the process of testing and upgrading the product.
