Become a driving force in our production team as a Lead Hand. Lead and motivate your team while ensuring safety and quality in day-to-day operations.
With a focus on maintaining high operational performance, you will support and guide your team in either Extrusion or Decoral Finishing. The role demands 2+ years of experience and skills in planning, organizing, and problem-solving, all vital to achieving production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and guide production operators daily
• Ensure quality assurance through regular checks
• Monitor and enhance machine efficiency
• Train new team members on safety practices
• Maintain detailed production logs and reports
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of production experience required
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent mandatory
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Capability to lift 35/50 lbs regularly
• Familiarity with safety standards and procedures
