DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support lead generation, cold calling, and customer follow-ups
- Observe and learn sales techniques from experienced professionals
- Communicate with prospects and provide basic product information
- Assist in identifying potential customers and industry trends
- Learn to update customer records and track sales activities
- Help prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations
- Participate in sessions to enhance knowledge of sales and IT trends
