Problem Solving Specialist (Toluca de Lerdo)

Main Objective: Responsible for leadership, development, and implementation of the problem‑solving program at Toluca Plant, 8D's assessment, and Lessons Learned.

• Drive problem‑solving maturity in Toluca Plant through cross‑functional team training to resolve technical issues at three escalation levels (routine, customer‑impacting, chronic).
• Define, execute, and monitor the problem‑solving strategy at Toluca Plant through structured documentation, Problem Solving Championship, and monthly progress reports and KPIs presented to management.
• Build and sustain a problem‑solving community at Toluca Plant by developing technical and soft skills in employees, assigning challenges across the three defined levels, and promoting constant communication.
