Job Description

What you will do


Generating a workplan to enhance and improve operations, coordinating activities, coming up with solutions, engage with vendors and other areas such as planning, maintenance and other Process areas (blending, packaging and warehouse). Gain knowledge in LEAN, train other personnel.


Implement LEAN
Generate initiatives for process optimization
Coordinate activities required in process changes from blending, packaging and warehouse

About you



Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial, or related field).

  • 5–10 years of experience in Operations, Manufacturing, and/or Industrial processes (preferred).

  • Strong experience in process analysis and optimization within manufacturing or operational environments.
