Process Control Specialist/Engineer
Reporting to the Manager, Operational Excellence, the Process Control Specialist/Engineer will provide technical and engineering expertise to the Operations and Maintenance departments to support the mill’s safety, environmental, cost, quality, and reliability performance objectives. Core Responsibilities
Monitor, evaluate, and report on process control strategy efficacy and routine activities. Troubleshoot and solve problems related to automation hardware, software, and control elements. Plan and execute new automation strategies to improve operational outcomes. Manage the full lifecycle of operational technology hardware and software. Support capital engineering and maintenance departments with technical expertise. Develop and maintain process control standards, policies, and technical documentation. Perform and participate in formal risk assessments including PHA, HAZOP, and LOPA for process changes. May require occasional superv...
