Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and technical support to operations within the fabrication yard, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and project requirements.
- Oversee discipline activities, including procedures, equipment selection, consumable choices, and quality control measures.
- Develop and implement programs and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with welding specifications and identify areas for improvement.
