We are recruiting for a Process Engineer to join a leading manufacturing operation in the paper and packaging industry. This role focuses on process optimisation, plant improvement, and capital project implementation within a high-performance production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate process inefficiencies and identify improvement opportunities
• Conduct feasibility studies and present recommendations to management
• Support conceptual and detailed process design activities
• Assist with CAPEX planning, project documentation, and cost estimation
• Work closely with engineering teams to implement plant modifications
• Support commissioning and handover of projects to production teams
• Compile technical reports and update process documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
