Job Description
We’re currently looking for a Process Engineer with hands-on experience in gas compression systems for FPSO/offshore projects. Ideal candidates will have strong detailed engineering capabilities, Aspen HYSYS proficiency, and experience leading process safety reviews such as HAZOP, LOPA, and SIL. Singapore-based opportunity with exposure to complex offshore projects.
Duties & Responsibilities Lead the process design of gas compression systems, including development of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Process Safety Diagrams (PSDs), and Heat & Mass Balance calculations. Prepare, review, and optimise P&IDs for gas compression packages and systems. Perform process simulations and validation using Aspen HYSYS. Carry out sizing calculations for pipelines, pulsation bottles, scrubbers (including internals), coolers, and Pressure Safety Valves (PSVs) within gas compression skids.
