Description

Your Role –

  • Support daily operations of glass fabrication, including glass lathes, anode sleeve production, and bulb joining.
  • Collaborate with Glass blowers to analyze and improve process parameters for yield, cycle time, and quality.
  • Lead and document Process Qualification (PQ) activities for Process Qualification/Validation Builds including:
  • Process capability studies (Cp, Cpk), Gage R&R ,measurement system analysis and Test method validation.
  • Qualification protocols (PQ)
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations or quality issues.
  • Support Glass fab by establishing best practices and safety protocols.
  • Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to ensure smooth operations.
