Qualifications
This position requires an intellectual and sober minded individual who is constantly looking at personal growth, it is mandatory to have the applicable qualifications and experience as follows:
- Industrial or Mechanical Engineer
- Core Tools will be an advantage
- IATF 16949 will be an advantage
- Automotive Industry Experience will be an advantage
Responsibilities
- Developing, reviewing, and implementing Control Plans and FMEA preferably using IQRM Software
- Creating and updating BOM’s
- Work Instruction, Standard Operating Procedures, Inspection Standards, Forms and guidelines compliant to OEM and relevant IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and other requirements.
- Shopfloor document and records control.
- Process/product related training.
- Recording data and validating the integrity thereof from activities/studies/tasks.
