Responsibilities
- Perform process setup, optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure stable production output, yield, and product quality.
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret process performance using Statistical Process Control (SPC) and data analysis tools to identify trends, abnormalities, and improvement opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for process deviations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure long-term process stability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to resolve operational issues and improve overall equipment and process efficiency.
