Process Engineer – Optics Operations
The Process Engineer is tasked to support engineering activities required in existing product sustainment, new product introduction, and process improvement to support current and long term needs of Optics operations.
Productivity improvement is our strategic initiative to reduce overreliance on labor-based manufacturing processes. Be part of the Engineering Team supporting the developing and deploying productivity projects to automate optics manufacturing processes.
This position reports to the Senior Advanced Engineering Manager and is part of the Optics Engineering team located in Singapore and will be an on-site role.
Key Responsibilities- Drive product and process sustainment performance: Lead First Pass Yield improvement initiatives by analyzing defect, reject, and scrap data, and implementing corrective actions to improve quality performance and reduce manufacturing cost.
