Process Engineer

The Process Engineer supports engineering activities for existing product sustainment, new product introduction, and process improvement to meet current and long‑term needs of Optics operations.

Location: Singapore – on‑site role reporting to the Senior Advanced Engineering Manager.

This role supports a strategic initiative to reduce reliance on labor‑based manufacturing processes by deploying productivity projects that automate optics manufacturing processes.

• Drive product and process sustainment performance – lead First Pass Yield improvement initiatives by analyzing defect, reject, and scrap data, and implementing corrective actions to improve quality performance and reduce manufacturing cost.
