Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing or operational processes to enhance yield, quality, cycle time, and cost efficiency. Analyze process performance using data insights and root cause analysis techniques. Identify and troubleshoot process issues, deviations, and bottlenecks to ensure seamless operations. Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. Select and qualify diamond tools based on material properties, optimizing feeds, speeds, and coolant usage to reduce tool wear. Establish and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, control plans, and process flow diagrams.
