- Develop 2 D/3 D models, assembly structures, jigs/fixtures, and manufacturing drawings using CAD tools.Validate prototypes against design specifications.
- Lead process flow redesign, control plan development, and statistical process control (SPC) for new and existing product lines to reduce defects and improve yield.
- Monitor production schedules, process parameters, and output metrics; resolve bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery and quality targets.
- Mentor technicians, delegate tasks, and train cross-functional teams on new processes, equipment, and quality protocols.
- Partner with Quality, and Production teams to resolve technical issues and align process goals with business objectives.Qualifications
