Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of major projects while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization.
- Performance Management – Ensure that performance measurements are defined, implemented, monitored, and reported to stakeholders in partnership with operations managers.
- Process Excellence – Strategize continuous improvement projects using defined methodologies.
- Quality Compliance – Manage service level compliance on quality and timeliness of service in collaboration with each workstream manager / team leads. Promote regular reporting & CPI to ensure quality targets are met.
- Business Strategy – Assist CGS Leadership to deliver financial savings and strategic objectives through high-profile project management, business analysis, and change management.
