Overview

Lutron Electronics has an immediate opening for a Process Improvement Engineer in our Humacao, Puerto Rico facility.In this position, you would be a key part of the manufacturing engineering team that leads efforts and drives strategic projects to increase the efficiency and quality of Lutron's manufacturing processes. To be a successful Process Improvement Engineer, you will use your technical knowledge, passion for improvement, and proven communication skills to launch new products and improve profitability on existing products in our manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

Collaborating with other Continuous Improvement Champions to support cross-functional and cross-facility initiatives
Developing sustainable improvement capabilities at Lutron through coaching and education
