What the day will look like

+ Assist in conducting interviews and workshops with business stakeholders to gather process information and requirements.

+ Learn to document and visualize business processes using BPMN 2.0 notation under guidance.

+ Support the preparation and maintenance of process maps, SOPs, and related documentation using tools such as Microsoft Visio or similar BPM software.

+ Coordinate process review sessions, take notes, capture feedback, and help integrate suggested refinements.
