Job Description
We have an opportunity for a Process Manager to lead and champion process technology excellence for our Gladstone operations.
You’ll have ownership over the technical cement manufacturing process from raw material to finished cement, clinker and lime product quality. We are looking for you to identify opportunities, drive change and have a true impact on process stability and productivity in our business. You will report to the Operations Manager (Plant Manager) and be a part of the senior leadership team for the site.
Your Opportunity
Through technical and people leadership, your goal as Process Manager will be to achieve long-term process stability and rate optimisation across each of the mining, raw material processing, clinker kiln, lime and cement milling unit processes.
