Job Description

We are looking for a 4 years of experience Process Manager specialized in spare parts supply chain processes who wants to join us and be part of a great team where WE come first :)


 


Responsabilities:


 



  • Contribute to the SAP S/4HANA migration project within central Customer Service by

  • Mapping and documenting current spare parts supply chain processes

  • Supporting the respective departments in developing target processes

  • Conduct test scenarios with future system users and take care of troubleshooting

  • Execute system integration including user training

  • Actively manage user reports and feedback to initiate process improvements and system development

  • Independently implement ad hoc requirements to optimize operational spare parts processes with strong focus on automation
