About the Role:
This is a long-term hands-on manufacturing position supporting the production of high-quality rubber and plastic products. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Duties include:
- Operating and monitoring production machinery
- Using hand tools and assisting with sanding, spray painting, and product finishing
- Conducting quality checks and maintaining production records
- Loading materials and preparing finished products for dispatch
- Following workplace safety procedures and supporting daily production targets
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, or a similar environment is highly regarded
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, or working in a spray booth environment
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting (up to 30kg)
