Process Technology Coordinator

We are looking for a Process Technology Coordinator to join the Process Engineering team, reporting directly to the Technology Manager.

The position will be based in Contagem, Minas Gerais (Brazil).

Responsible for coordinating and developing injection mold technology for automotive lighting components, ensuring technical performance, quality, cost, and project timing. The role also includes people management responsibilities and close collaboration with global teams and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the mold engineering team, fostering technical development, engagement, and performance.
• Lead project management activities related to the development and modification of injection molds, from concept phase through SOP.
• Act as the technical reference for injection molds applied to automotive lighting systems (lenses, reflectors, light guides, housings).
