Process Trainer – RCM Location: Gurugram Company: Neolytix Shift: US Shift (WFO) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Process Trainer – RCM to join our team in Gurugram.
The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) training, with expertise across multiple processes including Credentialing, AR Calling, Charge Entry, and Payment Posting .
The candidate will be responsible for process training, floor support, quality improvement initiatives, refresher sessions, and ensuring overall team performance enhancement.
Key Responsibilities Conduct process and domain training for new hires and existing employees in US Healthcare RCM.
Deliver training on: Credentialing & Provider Enrollment - Mandatory AR Calling / AR Follow-Up Charge Entry Payment Posting Prepare training materials, SOPs, process documents, and assessment modules.
