Process Weld Manager

Selectek is partnering with a company located near Louisville, Kentucky to fill a Process Weld Manager role to oversee the training programs and auditing of welding within the company. 


Employment Type: Contract-to-Direct

Expected Pay Range: $33.65 - $38.46 per hour, depending on certification and experience. Travel pay/per diem available in addition to standard pay. 

Location: Louisville, KY

Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible start/end times



Job Requirements:

5 years of leadership experience in construction or maintenance trades with particular focus on welding certifications, procedures and standards

Engineering degree is preferred but can be substituted by equivalent experience.

Financial responsibility for welding program management
