Processing Lead

To meet the growing demand for our product we’re currently seeking a Processing Lead. In this position you will execute and maintain a stable production system by coordinating labour, materials, and workflow. This role drives performance in safety, quality, delivery, and people development through planning, communication, validation, and problem-solving.

Your Responsibilities

• Set the daily production plan, communicate and review progress, risks, and issues that could impact the plan with team leads and employees.
• Adjust plans as needed to maintain safety, quality, and on-time delivery and cascade issues to Supervisor as needed.
• Conduct regular observations to check system health, identify risks, and engage with employees.
• Review, own, and apply root‑cause analysis to issues escalated by team leads related to department quality issues and supplier issues.
