Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
  • Coordinate office operations: facilities, contracts, asset tracking, corporate card controls.
  • Work closely with Legal, Finance, Travel, and other internal teams to facilitate processes.
  • Handle general communications and respond to inquiries.
  • Draft memos, prepare presentations, and generate reports.
