SUMMARY:
Oversee and coordinate the purchasing activities of the organisation which includes sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, manage purchase orders, imports and exports and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services in line with company policies and requirements POSITION INFO:
  • Diploma or Certificate Supply Chain Management, Procurement or Business Administration
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in supply chain or procurement of which 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of imports and exports
  • Knowledge of procurement software systems and or Quickbooks
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
