Procurement Associate Manager

Job description:

Responsible for supporting procurement operations by assisting in vendor sourcing, bidding processes, and supplier coordination. Ensures materials and services are procured efficiently, within budget, and in compliance with company standards and procurement policies.

  • Assists the Procurement Manager in the bidding process for projects: accreditation of vendors, shortlisting, canvassing and bidding of contractors and construction materials, documentation and monitoring.
  • Ensures requirements are procured on time, within budget and from the best vendor.
  • Ensures the integrity of the bidding process.
  • Coordinates with suppliers and contractors regarding quotations, deliveries, and procurement concerns.
  • Maintains accurate procurement records, reports, and monitoring of purchase requests and project requirements.
