Job Description
Key Responsibilities
End to End Indirect Purchasing includes:
Internal business request analysis.
Enforcing policies and procedures.
Collaborating with Finance, MIS, Legal and Operations teams for execution.
Coordinate with external suppliers, analyzing price offers, negotiating improved business terms, cost mitigation/avoidance.
Serve as a partner to the business owner (Employees/Customers) located in various departments and offices in Canada, US, & Latin America.
Ability to break down complex contracts to translate data into actionable purchasing decisions.
Qualifications
Hybrid work environment with minimum 3-days/week in office work (Redwood Shores, CA, Ottawa, ON).
Global customer service experience in a culturally diverse setting with customer centric skillset.
