Job Description
Handle all purchasing activities from RFQ to final delivery. Source and evaluate suppliers, request and compare quotations. Prepare purchase requests and purchase orders as per company policy. Follow up with suppliers on production, shipment, and delivery timelines. Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance for delivery and payment. Maintain supplier and order records with updated status tracking. Ensure all procurement processes follow internal procedures and approvals. Support procurement reporting and continuous process improvements.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred to ensure foundational knowledge. Minimum of 2years of procurement or supply chain experience, demonstrating a proven track record in managing supplier relationships. Experience in a specific industry, such as manufacturing and general trading.
