Kinetics Process Systems Pte Ltd – Jurong Town
Provide support to Procurement Manager in day-to-day purchasing functions.
Source and obtain competitive quotes from suppliers.
Issue Purchase Order or Contract.
Monitor and expedite material deliveries.
Co-ordinate between supplier and internal parties on all purchasing issues.
Handle complaints on quality issues regarding incoming material.
Follow up with supplier on replacement or return until resolved.
Handle ad-hoc procurement related activities.
Job Requirements:
Higher Certificate / Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent Degree holder.
Minimum 2-3 years of experiences in Purchasing, vendor managements.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
