Job Description
Contract: 1 year contract (Convertible to perm depends on performance)
Working Hours: 8am – 5.30pm Mon to Fri (Break Hours: 12.00pm – 12.45pm) (Hybrid, 4 days work from home, 1 day office)
Location: West Camp Road
Salary: Up to $3700 + VB
Responsibilities- Procure goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets
- Conduct sourcing/competitive quotation to ensure best value is achieved for the company
- Evaluate, negotiate and award orders to selected suppliers
- Ensure that goods and services are timely delivered
- Achieve Service Level Agreements (SLA) of Shared Services Centre (SSC)
- Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures
- Resolve all price, quality, and delivery or invoice issues
- Build, maintain and manage relationships of internal and external stakeholders
