We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to support the daily procurement operations of Coach Restaurant. This role will be responsible for sourcing goods and services, managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate procurement documentation to support smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the sourcing and purchasing of goods, materials, packaging, merchandise, uniforms, and services required for restaurant operations.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing, payment terms (TOP), and minimum order quantities (MOQ).
