Procurement Expert

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on any course.
• Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Good Negotiation skills Good Presentation Skills MS Office Proficient Resourceful and Keen to details.
• Required language(s): English.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Team Leader, the Procurement Expert we seek shall ensure effective and efficient operation under his/ her responsibilities. He/ She shall ensure that all parts are processed on time, correct source planning, parts development, competitive price approval and continuous supplies to specified end-users.

• Control, process and manage supplier Purchase Order
• Control and monitor temporary price encoded to CIGMA system
• Manage and control encoding of final price to CIGMA system
• Monitor & compile MSDS report for chemical purchase from supplier
