Formulate strategies around upstream/downstream procurement: Planning, Execution, Review, Renewals, Procurement Excellence Serve as business partners to Business Units Heads / HODs, and stakeholders to understand needs and define short- and long-term business priorities Oversee procurement day-to-day activities, manage timelines, identify and resolve bottlenecks, monitor progress to goals. Present in-depth review of critical procurement proposals to leadership for approval Drive sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, procurement contract management Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, ensuring alignment with quality, cost, delivery, and compliance requirements.
